At Hak ve Hürriyet Avukatlık, we value your trust and are committed to transparent, ethical representation. If you have feedback, a concern, or wish to file a complaint, we want to hear from you. Our Client Care Team and Dispute Resolution Officer will review your matter promptly and work to resolve it with professionalism and respect.

How can you make a complaint

You can contact us by phone or email. Our office is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.

How do we process your feedback or complaint

Firstly, we will acknowledge your complaint within one (1) business day and endeavour to resolve straightforward matters within seven (7) business days.

If the complaint involves complex legal analysis, multiple parties, or requires coordination with external experts, it may take longer to resolve. At the absolute most, we'll aim to resolve your complaint within twenty-one (21) business days. You will receive regular updates throughout the process.

What you can do if you are not satisfied with the outcome

If you are unsatisfied with how we handled your complaint or dispute, you have the right to contact our external oversight body, the Istanbul Bar Association (İstanbul Barosu).

The Istanbul Bar Association is the independent professional regulatory body for attorneys practicing in Istanbul. It can review complaints concerning attorney conduct, ethical obligations, and professional standards. For matters requiring national-level review, you may also contact the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (Türkiye Barolar Birliği), which oversees attorney ethics and dispute mediation across Turkey.

Is your complaint about your personal information

If your complaint concerns how we collect, process, or protect your personal data, you may submit a formal inquiry to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurulu). You can contact KVKK by calling +90 (312) 210 03 00 or emailing iletisim@kvkk.gov.tr. To find out more about your data protection rights under Turkish law, go to https://www.kvkk.gov.tr.
